Bistro LIVE Nottingham, the live entertainment restaurant, has joined Marie Curie Cancer Care in the challenge of a lifetime to take taking part in the BIG ZIP charity event across the River Trent.Matt Cooke, the Business Development Manager for Bistro LIVE, will be putting his life in his own hands and zip across the 220 metres of the river Trent at a height of 30 metres and its all for charity. Speaking to Matt he said 'after a busy weekend with hundreds of guests celebrating their hen night, birthday etc at Bistro LIVE this seemed like a great way to relax.'
