With Christmas done and dusted most people are looking to the next celebration... Valentines Day! It's pretty amazing you know!

 

Having just had the best Christmas EVER in Bistro Live history, you would think that January would be a bit of a damp squib with people recovering from the expense of the festive season and being all partied out!! But, you couldn't be more wrong. We are experiencing one of the best and busiest January's EVER, with February and March looking to following suit.  Just look at a couple of the fantastic comments we have received from people attending this month:

We Won!

‘WE ONLY WENT AND WON THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD’!

 

Yes that’s right, we were over the moon to receive the Best Customer Service Award in front of 1500 UK Business Owners at the ICC in Birmingham last month.

The occasion was the National Entrepreneurs Convention and Best Customer Service was the most popular category. With so many amazing businesses there, we really didn’t expect to win!

"Caught on the hop - we would have thrown our glad rags on had we have known!"

Fred, Mark and I were a bit giddy after winning and wanted to let you know how proud we are of our Party Planners, chefs, management teams and front of house staff.

They're the ones who actually make sure you get the BEST customer service, and they deserve all the credit!

We will be thanking them properly with a huge Staff Party in October (watch out for the censored photos!)

It’s been a top year for us so far with 89.1% of our customers rating their experience with us as Outstanding or Excellent.

We are aiming to get 100% by the time our Christmas Parties start on 21st November. We’re really excited and can’t wait for the ‘crazy’ season to start (even though that means we have no personal life until January!)

Very special birthdays at Bistro Live!

Ok, so now we've hit the ever busy month of October and the phones have gone completely crazy with Christmas bookings here in the Bistro Live Sales office. Not only that, but Halloween enquiries are coming in thick and fast and of course, people celebrating their all important 'special birthday' during the Christmas period and beyond are now making plans to ensure their big celebration is planned well in advance with all the trimmings !! Whether they're turning ' forever 21' or hitting the half century milestone, we always guarantee a night to remember and having had 521 people celebrating their ' big one' so far this year, special birthdays are our second most popular night out after our hen parties!  If you have a special birthday looming, or know someone that does, get in touch and we'll always see what cheeky little deal we can sort out for you.

Well, it's been a busy couple of weeks here in the Bistro Live offices but now everyone is back from their holidays and Autumn is definitely in the air. If you're thinking of going into hibernation for the Winter be sure to check our special offers page first to see if we can tempt you out of your onesies and into your dancing shoes for a great night out. Well, we can't believe it's already the end of Summer!! We have had an amazing few months filled with hen nights and birthday parties!! But it's not over! We have so much planned coming up... with Winter weddings becoming more popular, we have had an influx of winter hen night bookings, we've got a new Glitz and Glamour theme for our Christmas parties, and soon the girls will be available at Wedding Fairs helping plan summer 2015 hen nights!
